About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to manage end-to-end hiring activities for client organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling volume hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations across multiple domains.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in RPO/Consultancy recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and clients regarding hiring status and pipeline updates.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring and niche hiring mandates as per business needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.
