Job Description Role Required Skills Exp range Location PM-PL Provide leadership and management to software development teams and projects Consult with client to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirements Schedule and assign resources to ensure that applications satisfy users" needs and are completed within agreed upon time parameters Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects Monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks Develop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project Focus on value delivered to the customer, and constantly work with their client-facing counterparts Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills Generate more work / get leads for new projects 8 to 15 Years Pune Android AOSP/HMI/HAL Good understanding of Android internals and services Knowledge about the Android Framework, AOSP platform architecture, and related building system Experience in development of one or more features (like Tuner, Media, BT, Phone, ECall, Voice Assistant, Projection etc.) for Android Platform Understand/Interpret customer requirements Collaborate/Participate with SME?s and leaders in estimation, high level project planning Solid working experience with software life-cycle methodologies. Collaborate within an agile cross-functional team environment. Strong leadership, planning and organization skills. Mentoring skills to assist junior team members Good analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills Good experience with Java/C++/ Kotlin 3 to 12 Years Pune, Bangalore Product owner/PT Good experience as a Product Owner, or Technical Lead, in the Automotive ASW domain, ideally for ePowertrain (EV Charging is a plus). Very good experience with SW requirements elicitation and analysis (SWE.1). Good experience with SW architecture (SWE.2). Very good experience in MBD ASW development (MATLAB Simulink and State flow) . Medium experience (hands-on or minimum as a reviewer) in SW testing activities (SWE.4-6). Very good understating of Automotive standards & guidelines (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, MAAB, MISRA?etc) ? EV Charging standards & ISO26262 are a plus. Experience working in an Agile/SAFE framework, with good understanding of Agile/SAFE roles, processes & terminology (PO training/certification is a plus). Vector tools-CANoe, canalyzer, canape, canstress, UDS, KWP. Exp in HIL, Dspace, control desk, and Automation desk. Good work experience and Knowledge in Automotive Systems Domain. Experience in Setting up of HIL system for system validation (Familiar with HIL system functionality, hardware/software tool set, Hardware IO requirements, Sensor and actuator signal interfaces in Powertrain Controls). Good know-how of testing methodologies and test strategies for ECU validation. Should have the ability for Automated testing through Scripting languages like CAPL, VB, python. Should have Experience of dSPACE, Vector VT, and ETAS HIL System. Experience in Vector CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, Canape). 3-7 Years Bangalore Gateway & Network Management Working experience on CAN, CAN-FD and Ethernet communication protocol. Working competency on OBD, UDS and DoIP. (Diagnostics) Working expertise on Vector toolset (CANoe) Working expertise on VT HIL. Expertise in VtestStudio. Expertise in CAPL Requirement analysis. Test case design. Working exposure on DNG DOORS. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Good to Have: Scrum-master experience. Team-leading experience.
