Recruitment Associate - Vendor Management

We are hiring someone to manage our recruiting partner network at Suitable AI.

You will work with our network of recruiting partners to generate relevant candidate submissions for open roles.

What you will do:

• Onboard new recruiting partners
• Share open job positions with them and explain the key requirements clearly
• Follow up with partners daily to drive relevant candidate submissions
• Resolve their doubts on JD, salary, notice period, location, client expectations, etc.
• Review incoming profiles and check basic fitment before processing
• Move shortlisted candidates through our internal AI screening process
• Maintain trackers for submissions, AI call status, shortlist/reject status, and client submission
• Coordinate internally with the delivery/account team to ensure fast movement of candidates
• Submit processed and relevant candidates to clients as per internal process
• Track partner performance and identify which partners are giving quality profiles

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in recruitment, vendor management, recruitment coordination, or staffing operations
• Good understanding of recruitment basics: JD fitment, must-have skills, salary, notice period, location, and candidate availability
• Strong follow-up discipline. This role needs someone who can push partners daily without dropping the ball
• Good communication skills, especially on WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / trackers / ATS-style workflows and AI
• High ownership and speed of execution
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and multiple partners at the same time
