Job Description

Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Draft and post job advertisements in line with hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job offers and onboarding.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all event and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project/event plans, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and project coordination.
  • Proficient in using job boards and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Willing to travel and oversee projects/events at various locations when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in employer branding, internal communications, interpreting events is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
