We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Recruitment Process Outsourcing & Full-Time Employment hiring.

Location: Bangalore - Race course Road

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive full time staffing fulfilment, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen client relationships
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring fulfilment
• Handle client requirements, escalations, and onboarding processes
• Identify account growth and business expansion opportunities
• Track hiring metrics, reporting, and compliance activities
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Time Employment staffing/recruitment and Recruitment Process Outsourcing
• Strong client management and stakeholder handling skills
• Good understanding of staffing operations and labour laws
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office
