Positions: US IT Recruiter Bench Sales Executive ?? Location: [Onsite/Hybrid/Remote ? specify your location or flexibility] ?? Experience Required: 1 ? 4 Years (Only Experienced Candidates) ?? Key Responsibilities For Recruiters: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding. Maintain strong relationships with consultants and hiring managers. Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets. For Bench Sales Executives: Market available consultants to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients for placement opportunities. Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants. Track consultant performance and maintain updated records. ?? Requirements 1?4 years of experience in US IT staffing or bench sales (mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with major job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work US time zones . ??
