Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter – Real Estate to support talent acquisition initiatives across the real estate sector. The role involves sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across functions such as Sales, Leasing, Marketing, Projects, Construction, Architecture, Design, Finance, Legal, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate talent landscape, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and related business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and leadership interviews.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market intelligence, and hiring challenges.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive hiring experience for all stakeholders.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain a strong employer brand presence in the market.
Market Research & Talent Intelligence
- Conduct competitor and talent mapping exercises.
- Gather insights on compensation benchmarks and talent movement within the real estate industry.
- Track industry hiring trends and recommend proactive hiring strategies.
- Develop talent pools for niche and leadership hiring requirements.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment data within ATS and internal systems.
- Generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
