Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Role Overview

We are hiring a US Non-IT Recruiter to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with either recruitment exposure or strong international customer handling experience who wants to build a long-term career in staffing.


Eligibility Criteria (Strict)

✅ Maximum 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment

OR

✅ Up to 2 years of experience in International Customer Service / BPO / Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination).
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Update ATS and recruitment trackers regularly.


Required Skills

  • Good English communication (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable speaking with US-based candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment OR strong experience in international customer handling.
  • Willingness to work in night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
  • Hungry to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
