Senior Recruiter – Key Account Manager

Experience

Minimum 3 Years

Industry Experience (Mandatory)

We are looking for recruiters with hands-on experience in hiring for the Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries. Candidates without relevant industry recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key client accounts.
• Handle client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Source, screen, and close positions across middle and senior management levels.
• Understand client hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and achieve hiring targets.
