Bulk Hiring Recruiter You?ll be at the frontline of scaling up volume hiring needs ? think large teams, fast turnarounds, and high-energy action! 2?? Lateral Hiring Recruiter You'll focus on identifying and placing experienced professionals in niche roles across various domains ? precision, quality, and strategic sourcing is your game. ?? What You?ll Be Doing: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating, and closing candidates. Leverage job portals, social media, and networking to build solid talent pipelines. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process. Keep track of hiring metrics and reporting. ? What We?re Looking For: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in domestic recruitment (mandatory). Prior experience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring (depending on the role you're applying for). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-starters with a ?get-it-done? attitude and a passion for talent. ??
