Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Records to Report Analyst role based in the Pune Division, offering a compensation of up to 6 LPA for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The Records to Report Analyst will manage and maintain financial records, ensure accurate document and data handling, and support the end-to-end record-to-report cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reconciling accounts, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing clear communication on findings and process improvements. The analyst will also contribute to standardizing reporting formats and supporting audits and internal controls.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Records Management and Document Management skills to handle financial data and documentation accurately.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Account Reconciliation capabilities to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in record-to-report, general ledger, or finance operations within corporate or shared service environments.
  • Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
  • Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
