Job Title : Real state Residential Sales - Assistant Manager

Experience : 3 years to 6 yeats

Location : Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

Job Description :

Acquire and manage HNI clients.
Identify properties, conduct client meetings, source exclusive mandates, and execute sales transactions.
Source high-end residential properties for lease and market them to prospective tenants (Corporates/HNIs).
Cross-sell developer projects across Delhi NCR through various marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers within the assigned territory to drive deal closures.
Generate leads through personal networks and marketing activities.
Manage billing, collections, and stakeholder updates.
Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events as required.
