Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Tele Caller based in Tiruchirappalli. The Tele Caller will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining available properties, and fostering positive relationships. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling property site visits, and maintaining a database of leads. The role contributes to achieving sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales acumen with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in telecalling, customer engagement, and lead generation
• Basic computer skills including the use of CRM systems
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in regional languages, especially Tamil, is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus
