Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager, located in Rohtak. The role involves managing and leading sales teams, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients to understand and satisfy their real estate needs. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through property search and transactions, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to implement innovative solutions and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and a deep understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Experience in high-end residential or commercial leasing
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
