KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Zepto
- Develop a team of brokers and consultants to deliver the building requirements across different geo
- Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to Real Estate development in the assigned geography
- Maintain regular communications with all business owners including local and central Finance managers,legal, Operations, Facilities and Projects team
- Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity
- Alteration management and reducing Fix costs (all building related costs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA and Civil Engineering Degree, Chartered Surveyors / RICS member, Civil Degree holders, who have real estate exposure
- Experience in real estate management, lease negotiations, and site selection
- Vendor management and relationship-building skills with landlords, brokers, and contractors
- Strong project management, budgeting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with compliance, legal documentation, and regulatory standards in real estate
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for project tracking and reporting
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus.
