Role Description The Real Estate Investment Specialist role at Valion is a contract, on-site position based in Gurugram, focused on supporting and managing real estate investment activities for high-net-worth clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating real estate opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, performing due diligence on properties and developers, and preparing investment proposals and reports. The Specialist will collaborate with senior team members to structure deals, monitor existing portfolios, and assist in optimizing returns and risk profiles. The role also involves liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely communication with clients on portfolio performance and recommendations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and portfolio performance.
• Candidates should possess solid Investments knowledge, including understanding of investment products, risk-return dynamics, and portfolio management basics.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment, with familiarity in residential and commercial property markets and transaction processes.
• Candidates should possess thorough Due Diligence capabilities for assessing legal, financial, and technical aspects of property deals.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, consulting, or related financial services.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a similar discipline.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and analyze cash-flow and return scenarios.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, with a client-focused, ethical, and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
