Role Description The Real Estate Associate role at Estate Routes is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the associate will engage with potential clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable residential or commercial options from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, sharing detailed project information, and supporting clients throughout the decision-making and transaction process. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to keep listings updated, track leads, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. This role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on delivering a professional, customer-centered experience.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand and explain residential and commercial project details, including pricing, location benefits, and regulatory aspects such as RERA compliance.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the capacity to manage leads, follow up effectively, and support clients through closing.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for managing listings, tracking inquiries, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market, especially areas such as Noida, Gurgaon, and Delhi, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients, property visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel locally for client meetings and property visits as needed.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in real estate sales or customer service.
