React Developer

About The Opportunity

We are hiring within the IT services & software product sector focused on enterprise web applications and customer-facing digital experiences. This on-site role (India) contributes to building high-quality, performant front-end applications used by large user bases across B2B and B2C domains. The team delivers modern, component-driven interfaces and prioritizes accessibility, performance, and maintainability.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive React applications and reusable component libraries for complex web products.
Translate UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate front-end features with backend services via REST APIs and GraphQL, ensuring efficient state management and data flows.
Optimize application performance, implement code-splitting, lazy loading, and monitor front-end metrics to reduce load and render times.
Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure reliable releases.
Collaborate with product, QA, and backend teams to define requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven experience building production applications with React.js
Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills
Experience with Redux or comparable state management libraries
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design patterns
Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (branching/PRs)

Preferred

Experience with Next.js or other React SSR/SSG frameworks
Experience with GraphQL and client tooling (Apollo, Relay)
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and front-end E2E tools

Additional Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience (React preferred)
Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to code quality and performance
