Currently, we are seeking a dedicated resource to serve one of our esteemed clients located in Anand, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Our objective is to assemble a team dedicated to developing CRM/ERP software specifically tailored for the client. Presently, our team comprises individuals with diverse experience ranging from 2 years to over 15 years. The software you will be contributing to will serve over 40,000 users on a daily basis, making your work highly impactful and meaningful. Responsibilities: 1. Develop user interfaces for modern web applications using React.js. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and ship new features. 3. Maintain and improve existing software by identifying and correcting software defects. 4. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement attractive, responsive designs. 5. Integrate front-end applications with back-end services, including ERP/CRM systems when required. 6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 7. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the software is current and competitive. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of professional experience in React.js development. 2. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. 3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. 4. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. 5. Familiarity with ERP/CRM development is a significant plus. 6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 7. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
