Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a ReactJS Developer with 5+ years of experience, located in Pune. The selected candidate will develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS and other related frameworks. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, writing reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging, and optimizing application performance. The developer will also be involved in integrating front-end elements with back-end services. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development with expertise in JavaScript and ReactJS, including strong knowledge of component-based architecture. Experience with Back-End Web Development and integration of front-end components to back-end systems. Solid understanding of Software Development principles and hands-on experience in building scalable applications. Familiarity with Redux.js for efficient state management in application development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of web application security practices and performance optimization techniques is a plus.
