React / Node Developer

We are looking for a skilled React or Node Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend and backend development skills with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and performance optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build reusable and scalable React components
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/session-based)
• Work with databases and perform query optimization
• Ensure application security and data protection
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of React.js fundamentals & hooks
• Experience with API integration (fetch/axios)
• Performance optimization techniques (virtualization, memoization)
• Strong knowledge of Node.js & Express.js
• Understanding of event loop & asynchronous programming
• Experience with MongoDB (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SQL joins & query optimization
• Understanding of SQL vs NoSQL databases

Other Skills:

• Good understanding of JavaScript ES6+
• Knowledge of Promises & async/await
• Understanding of streams & file handling (Node.js)
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Problem-solving & debugging skills

Good to have:

• Experience with Redux Toolkit
• Knowledge of SSR (Next.js)
• Deployment experience (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
• Basic DevOps understanding
