We are looking for a detail-oriented React Native Mobile Developer who excels at translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect mobile UI screens. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design accuracy, deep understanding of brand and UI guidelines, and the ability to implement smooth loader and micro-animations with absolute precision across Android and iOS platforms.

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-to-pixel accurate React Native screens.
• Ensure precise implementation of spacing, typography, colors, icons, and layouts.
• Implement responsive and adaptive behavior across different device sizes and resolutions.
• Follow defined UI, UX, and brand guidelines strictly.

• Ensure visual parity between Figma designs and the final mobile screens.
• Implement and fine-tune loader animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• Handle edge cases such as long text, different screen sizes, and device orientations.
• Maintain consistency across Android and iOS platforms.

• Build reusable, maintainable UI components using React Native.
• Use modern React patterns (functional components, hooks).
• Optimize UI performance, smooth rendering, and animation performance.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and stability.

• Work closely with UX designers to clarify design intent, interactions, and animations.
• Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and delivery reviews.
• Deliver high-quality UI within committed timelines.

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable React Native code.
• Follow coding standards, folder structures, and project guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure UI implementation meets performance and quality benchmarks.

• React Native
• JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
• React Hooks and component lifecycle

• Strong expertise in StyleSheet, Flexbox layouts
• Pixel-perfect UI implementation from Figma
• Experience with custom loaders and animations

• React Native Animated API / Reanimated / Lottie
• Smooth transitions and micro-interactions

• Figma
• Git & version control
• Android Studio / Xcode (basic usage)

• Experience with Lottie animations
• Knowledge of accessibility basics for mobile apps
• Familiarity with design systems
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
