Job Type: Full-time Experience - 2+ year About the Role We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities Development: Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms using React Native. Workflow: develop applications using both Expo and React Native CLI depending on project requirements. Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment. Client Communication: Communicate directly with international clients . You must be able to articulate technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers clearly in English. Native Modules: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. Integration: Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. State Management: Deep understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit / Context API OR similar libraries  UI Libraries & Styling: Experience building responsive UIs using frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui. Proficiency in Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) is required. Similar like good to have experience with Navigation and debugging tools like Chrome debugger, Flipper etc… Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development. Dual-Environment Mastery: You must be comfortable working with both Expo and Native CLI .. Published Apps: Must have successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please provide links in your CV. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be confident attending stand-ups and requirement-gathering calls with clients.
