React Native Developer Experience Required: 5+ Years Domain: E-Commerce ? AI ? Consumer Mobile Apps We are hiring a Senior React Native Developer to join our high-growth product team. If you are a React Native Developer , Mobile App Developer , or Android/iOS Developer who loves building scalable consumer apps, this role is for you. This position focuses heavily on React Native development , mobile app architecture , and native Android (Java/Kotlin) & iOS (Swift/Objective-C) integration. You will contribute to a next-gen social platform combining AI , media streaming , e-commerce , and marketplace features . Key Responsibilities (React Native / Android / iOS) Lead development of high-performance React Native mobile applications . Architect, design, and maintain cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. Work extensively with React Native (Hermes, Reanimated, New Architecture) to build scalable features. Write and integrate native Android/iOS modules for performance-critical mobile features. Own end-to-end feature delivery?from planning to deployment, testing, and app store submission. Collaborate with Product, Backend, AI, Design, and QA for seamless delivery. Optimize mobile performance for video streaming, animations, media uploads, and push notifications . Conduct code reviews, enforce code quality, and mentor junior developers. Debug and troubleshoot using native tools, Flipper , and performance profilers. Manage CI/CD with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, AppCenter , OTA updates (CodePush), and crash reporting. Work closely with AI integrations , ensuring stability, debugging model/API issues, and improving AI-powered app features. Required Skills ? Senior React Native Developer React Native & JavaScript 5+ years as a React Native Developer building production-grade mobile apps. Strong in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , and major RN libraries (Navigation, Camera, Video, Reanimated, Gesture Handler). Strong understanding of Redux, Context API, MVC, MVVM , and mobile app architecture patterns. Native iOS & Android 2+ years hands-on with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) . Deep knowledge of app lifecycle, memory management, and native debugging. Experience building custom native modules for React Native. APIs, Networking, Storage Expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs , Axios, Apollo. Experience with AsyncStorage, MMKV, SQLite , and caching strategies. Hands-on with media upload/download, background tasks & retry queue mechanisms. Testing & Debugging Strong in testing with Jest, Detox , and automated test frameworks. Familiarity with debugging using Chrome DevTools, Flipper , and native profilers. Security & Authentication Experience with AWS Cognito, Firebase Auth, OAuth flows. Secure storage (Keychain, Encrypted Storage). Knowledge of RBAC, JWT tokens , and mobile security best practices. DevOps & Deployment Experience with Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, AppCenter . In-depth knowledge of App Store & Play Store release cycles, policies, and publishing workflows. Good to Have Experience integrating Stripe, In-App Purchases, Subscription workflows . Familiarity with AI/ML APIs , AI content moderation, AI recommendations. Experience with analytics tools ? Firebase, Mixpanel, Segment . Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 , accessibility, and internationalization (i18n). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communicator able to explain architectural decisions. Experienced in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments. Leadership experience: mentoring, coaching, guiding engineering teams.
