ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Code Quality and Best Practices: Uphold high coding standards by conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, and maintaining code quality. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with UX designers to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. Provide valuable input during the design phase to optimize the user experience on all supported platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize mobile applications for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency. Conduct rigorous testing and profiling to maintain optimal app performance.
• Platform-Specific Development: Leverage your experience in iOS and Android development to implement platform-specific features and functionality, ensuring a polished and native-like experience for users.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve technical issues, bugs, and crashes that may arise during development or in production. Conduct thorough debugging and testing to maintain app stability.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and development methodologies. Apply innovative solutions and modern practices to enhance app performance and user satisfaction.
