Summary

UST is looking for React JS Developer with 5+ Years of experience. (Lead I – Software Engineering)

The Opportunity

Design and develop complex, scalable React.js applications using modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Architect and implement robust state management solutions using Redux, including middleware integration.
Create responsive, cross-browser compatible user interfaces with pixel-perfect designs.
Build and maintain reusable component libraries following atomic design principles.
Implement advanced React patterns (HOCs, Render Props, Custom Hooks, Context API).
Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and memorization techniques.
Develop interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards using D3.js.
Transform complex datasets into intuitive visual representations.
Create custom SVG-based visualizations and animations.
Integrate D3.js seamlessly with React component lifecycle.
Implement real-time data updates and responsive chart behaviors.
Ensure accessibility compliance for visual elements.
Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and decisions.

What You Need

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, and D3.js.
Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 expertise.
Experience with modern development tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control (Git)

Desired Skills

TypeScript experience
Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
RESTful API integration
Performance optimization techniques.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prompting knowledge for interacting effectively with AI-assisted development tools.
