Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. However, if you do not possess this then a Solid and Demonstrable career in the technologies listed below ? Proven experience in modern front-end web development, with a focus on developing highly scalable and responsive applications. ? Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). ? Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack). ? Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. ? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a record of accomplishment in leading and growing engineering teams. ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ?
