React + FastAPI Developer

About Us Synchronics has been a trusted name in industrial electronics repair for more than 30 years. With 100+ engineers and a state-of-the-art lab, we repair over 6000 instruments annually. To further strengthen our operations, we are building our own custom ERP system to streamline processes across departments. Role Overview We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can work closely with our IT team to design, develop, and enhance our ERP system. The stack we are using combines React for the frontend and FastAPI for the backend, with SQL Server as the database. This role offers a chance to work on challenging real-world applications in the electronics service industry and contribute directly to improving efficiency in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Develop new modules and features for the in-house ERP system. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React. Design and implement backend APIs using FastAPI. Write and optimize SQL Server queries for data handling and reporting. Collaborate with the IT and operations team to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong knowledge of React (Hooks, Context API, Redux preferred). Experience with FastAPI or any Python web framework (Flask/Django acceptable with willingness to switch). Solid understanding of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web architecture. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team. Bonus Skills Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
