Role: React Developer About Us: ZeMoSo Technologies is a Zero to One Product Market Fit Studio. We work on ideas from scratch and take it to the Product Market Fit stage using Lean Execution->Design Thinking->Agile Methodology. We provide product & data engineering solutions using open-source Big Data stacks, Machine Learning and advanced custom visualizations. We were featured as one of Deloitte's Fastest 50 growing tech companies from India and Fastest 500 growing tech companies in Asia thrice (2016, 2018, and 2019). Our founders have had past successes - founded a decision management company acquired by SAP AG (now part of Hana Big Data stack & NetWeaver BPM), early engineering team of Zoho (leading billion $ SaaS player) & some Private Equity experience. Marquee customers along with some exciting start-ups? are part of our clientele. Currently, for our Hyderabad, India development center, we are looking for React developers. Experience: 5-8 Years of ZeMoSo Equivalent experience Qualification: BTECH/BE or equivalent, or Master?s Degree Location - Bangalore / Pune Skills Required: ? Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications with Experience in Java in BE ? Experience with developing SDKs for React-based applications/platforms ? Node and JavaScript experience is nice to have Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ? Strong communication and collaboration abilities ? Ability to manage large teams and work closely with stakeholders and designers ? Experience in working with an Agile framework. ? Experience in enterprise-grade SDLC processes ? Ability to handle ambiguity. Responsibilities: ? Lead a team as a tech lead while contributing as an independent contributor ? Interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the Scrum master ? Analyze the requirements and come up with a functional design for solutions ? Do code reviews for PRs and mentor the team ? Ensure compliance of SDLC processes and provide regular reports as needed ? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
