React Developer

Job Title: React Developer Location: Bangalore / Pune Experience: 4 to 10 Years Job Summary We are looking for a talented and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js , Redux , and React Hooks . This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable application development. Implement Redux for state management and optimize rendering performance. Utilize React Hooks for efficient component logic and lifecycle handling. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver robust features. Debug and resolve issues across various browsers and devices. Ensure the application meets performance, scalability, and security standards. Stay current with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 4.5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and React Hooks. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket. Working knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clean, maintainable code. Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have) Experience with Next.js or TypeScript. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
