Role: React Developer

Exp: 12+ years

Loc: Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and a proven track record in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using React.js and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality web solutions.
Lead the front-end architecture, ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and maintainability.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and integrate them into projects when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of total IT experience, with 7–8+ years of strong, hands-on development experience in React.js.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tools.
Solid understanding of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating backend services.
Strong knowledge of Webpack, Babel, and build optimization techniques.
Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of Next.js, React Native, or other JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
