Job Description

5+ years in Front-End/UI development with expert React + TypeScript skills. Advanced React hooks, routing, performance optimization. Strong state management (Redux/Recoil/Zustand). Expert in TypeScript, ES6+, and modern CSS/SCSS/CSS-in-JS. Proficient with Webpack, Vite, Node.js, npm/Yarn. Hands-on with Jest, RTL, Cypress, Playwright. Strong Git/GitHub workflows. Experience with Micro Frontends & Nx monorepos. Solid CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, REST/GraphQL integration. Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and architectural problem-solving.

Lead the development of responsive, scalable, and dynamic web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and performance‑optimized code following front-end best practices. Drive front-end architecture, ensuring adherence to modern React development principles, modularity, performance, and scalability. Perform advanced code reviews, ensure code quality, maintain standards, and mentor mid-level and junior developers. Own and optimize state management, selecting the best approach based on project complexity (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.). Implement responsive UI with strong expertise in CSS, performance-oriented styling, and modern design systems. Integrate front-end components with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL. Guide the adoption of new front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices across the engineering team. Apply Shift-Left testing, TDD, and strong quality practices across all development stages. Drive continuous improvement of front-end performance, including load time, rendering efficiency, and application scalability. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
