Role Description T

his is a full-time, on-site React Developer role based in New Delhi. The React Developer will build, optimize, and maintain front-end applications using React and related technologies, ensuring responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into reusable components, integrating front-end code with back-end APIs, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and digital marketing teams. The role involves writing clean, well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to best practices, standards, and technical improvements across projects. The developer will also help estimate tasks, meet project deadlines, and support ongoing enhancements for client-facing products.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including React and JavaScript, with experience building scalable, component-based user interfaces.
• Understanding of back-end web development concepts and APIs, with exposure to full-stack or software development practices.
• Experience using state management tools such as Redux.js for complex applications.
• Solid grasp of web standards, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with testing frameworks, modern build tools, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
