Role Description The RCM Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for healthcare clients. This role includes managing patient registration, charge capture, coding accuracy, claims submission, payment posting, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. The RCM Manager will lead and mentor the RCM team, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements aligned with operational excellence and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders, resolving complex billing issues, coordinating payer communications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client policies. The RCM Manager will also support the adoption of automation and analytics tools, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to strategy for revenue optimization and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
- Revenue Cycle Management expertise, including billing, coding oversight, claims processing, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Strong skills in healthcare operations management, process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with healthcare analytics, KPI reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence tools for operational decision-making.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, manage workloads, conduct training, and drive accountability for results.
- Knowledge of payer policies, provider credentialing, payer enrollment, referrals, and prior authorization processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, RCM software, and automation solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in RCM or healthcare management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a healthcare RCM leadership role, preferably within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service organizations.
