Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for RAN, ATN, SDH, and OLT Network Engineers( Visa, accommodation, flight tickets, and insurance by the company) . The role involves managing, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance. Engineers will perform troubleshooting, network analysis, optimization, and security assessments to meet operational standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and functionality of telecom infrastructure. 1. ATN Engineer Number of Resources: 4 Experience Required: 5 Years Domain: Huawei OEM preferred, NOC Support environment Skillset Required: Strong alarm management, ticketing, and escalation procedures Ability to work 24x7 Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networks and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRRP) Experience with Huawei ATN series routers (ATN 910, ATN 950, etc.) Familiarity with QoS configuration, traffic engineering, bandwidth optimization Hands-on network commissioning, integration, troubleshooting Proficiency in network monitoring tools and NOC operations Good communication and documentation skills 2. RAN Engineer Number of Resources: 1 Experience Required: 6 Years Domain: Huawei OSS systems for RAN monitoring and troubleshooting Skillset Required: Expertise monitoring RAN KPIs and alarms for 2G/3G/4G/5G Remote troubleshooting and escalation for BTS/eNodeB issues Experience with parameter audits and performance optimization reports 3. SDH Engineer Number of Resources: 2 Experience Required: 7 Years Domain: Optical transmission and SDH/PDH networks Skillset Required: Strong knowledge of SDH/PDH technologies and Huawei OptiX series Skills in network provisioning, protection schemes (MSP, SNCP) Fault analysis and restoration expertise Experience with fibre testing tools (OTDR, power meter) Understanding of synchronization and timing protocols 4. OLT Network Access Engineer Number of Resources: 2 Experience Required: 8 Years Domain: GPON/EPON network access and FTTx deployment Skillset Required: Expertise with Huawei MA5600/MA5800 series OLTs ONT/ONU configuration and troubleshooting VLAN, QoS, multicast configuration management Network monitoring and performance optimization Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering to manage and optimize network systems Strong skills in troubleshooting and identifying solutions to network issues Experience with Network Security to ensure a secure and protected network environment Knowledge of Network Design for creating and implementing efficient and scalable network architectures Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work onsite in a collaborative and fast-paced environment A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Work experience in telecom or digital infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage
