Position: Radiology Quality Analyst & PACS Workflow Coordinator

📍 Work Mode: On-site

🕘 Shift: Day Shift

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, B.Pharm, B.Sc., BCA, BBA, or related fields preferred)
• Candidates with internship or healthcare operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review radiology reports for formatting, demographic details, and completeness before submission.
• Coordinate with radiologists and diagnostic centers to ensure timely report delivery.
• Monitor reporting queues and maintain turnaround time (TAT).
• Track pending, completed, and urgent cases.
• Learn and work on PACS, RIS, and radiology reporting platforms.
• Maintain professional communication with doctors, radiologists, and clients.
• Escalate workflow issues promptly and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
