R2R Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Execute R2R activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Support preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations for month‑end and year‑end close activities.
3. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth processes and maintain financial data integrity.
4. Perform financial data analysis and provide inputs to support decision‑making.
5. Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to enhancing efficiency within the R2R function.
6. Maintain GL records, support extensions, update the GL portal, and assist with MEC close calendar maintenance.
7. Create and maintain financial documents in compliance with standards.
8. Review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts as required.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate records and provide accounting support.
10. Assist in tax preparation or gathering tax documents.
11. Support auditors, controllers, and other financial professionals in their duties as needed.
12. Update SOPs when necessary under guidance.
13. - Ensure backup coverage within the team for assigned activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Profieciency in SAP & Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
