Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Operations Executive

Dermatouch is looking for a Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage product listings and daily operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on maintaining accurate catalogs, smooth order processing, and efficient coordination to support Dermatouch’s online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick commerce platforms.
• Ensure correct product information, pricing, images, and offers across all platforms.
• Monitor daily orders, stock levels, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely fulfillment.
• Handle platform-related issues and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations preferred.
• Knowledge of product listing and marketplace panels.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG is a plus
