As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to research publications, and rapidly test hypotheses to solve complex problems in the realm of quantum computing and AI. Responsibilities Explore and implement emerging technologies for innovative solutions Mentor junior team members in research and development Contribute to research publications in quantum computing and AI Rapidly test hypotheses to address complex challenges Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive project outcomes Analyze data and findings to inform future projects Stay abreast of advancements in technology and methodologies Foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience in quantum algorithms, cryptography, or quantum computing Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Graduate, Postgraduate, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field preferred Experience in quantum algorithms, cryptography, or quantum computing Proficiency with open-source frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras Publishing in reputed international journals on quantum algorithms Learning new technologies rapidly and evaluating their impact Understanding of linear algebra and advanced quantum computing concepts Hands-on experience with IBM Qiskit and D-Wave?s tools Applying machine learning techniques with TensorFlow and Keras Prior research publications in leading journals
