Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor will support quantity estimation, cost planning, and budgeting for civil construction works. The role involves reading drawings/BOQs, preparing quantity take-offs, and assisting in maintaining accurate cost records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Run the project on the ground and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
2. Make the project BOQ and estimates.
3. Take ownership of project execution from estimation through completion.
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to drive project progress.
5. Monitor daily site activities, track milestones, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and construction specifications.
7. Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates to management.
8. Verify quantities executed on-site and ensure alignment with project estimates and BOQs.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. 2-5 years of experience in civil quantity estimation.
3. Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and activities.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.
5. Ability to read and interpret BOQs and architectural drawings.
6. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
