Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Karnataka & Telangana, Hyderabad. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supporting cost planning activities, and assisting in the preparation of budgets for property and construction projects. The role involves monitoring project costs, tracking variations, and contributing to cost control and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate financial documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. The role also includes participation in tender evaluations, value engineering exercises, and preparation of periodic commercial reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Client RA bills preparation, submission & getting them certified. Subcontractors' bills, BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in cost planning and cost management to support budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
  • Experience in cost control and cost reporting, including monitoring project expenditures and preparing commercial reports.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, tendering processes, and industry-standard measurement practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
  • Previous experience in real estate, property development, or construction projects will be an advantage.
