As a QS Engineer, you will play a key role in managing the legal and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth project execution and cost control.

• Contract Administration
• Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Management
• Progress Valuation & Certification
• Variation & Change Management
• Material Reconciliation

🎯 Requirements:
✔ BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
✔ 2–3 years of relevant QS experience
✔ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BoQ, and valuation
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

⭐ Preferred:
• Candidates from Kerala
• Malayalam speaking preferred
