Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Malappuram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing budgets, and conducting cost planning and reporting. The role involves coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on budget and timelines are adhered to effectively. Close attention to detail and strong analytical abilities will be crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) accurately
• Ability to generate detailed Cost Reporting and maintain accurate financial records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology for project cost management
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
