Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantitative Strategist based in India. The Quantitative Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models, conducting data analysis, and creating algorithms to support financial and blockchain-related strategies. The role involves analyzing data to identify trends, collaborating with team members to develop insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The role will require a deep understanding of quantitative methods and expertise in the blockchain domain. Qualifications Proficiency in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Algorithm Development Strong skills in Mathematical Modeling and Quantitative Research techniques Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, as well as expertise in data-related libraries and tools Knowledge of Blockchain technology and familiarity with crypto ecosystem methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines is preferred Familiarity with financial markets or trading strategies is a plus
