Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantitative Developer (AI & Strategy Automation) based in Surat. The Quantitative Developer will be responsible for developing algorithmic trading strategies, handling large datasets, employing statistical and mathematical models, and automating trading workflows. The role also involves collaborating with the research team to enhance investment strategies and optimize performance outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Trading and understanding of trading systems and strategies
Strong knowledge in Quantitative Analytics and Quantitative Finance
Advanced skills in Mathematics and Statistics
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and modeling
Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and tools for strategy automation is a plus
Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable investment ideas
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
