The Quant Internship role is open in the Options Markets team, and provides an opportunity to learn about and explore a career in international options markets. After joining, the interns will participate in a structured and formal training program with classroom instruction followed by simulated and live market exposure.
Job Profile
The role involves quantitative analysis of liquid and active products in international options markets. It would require research of products, and development of new strategies and ideas to identify opportunities in the markets. The role will also involve analysis and assimilation of market news/information/data to determine market sentiments, using technical and fundamental analysis.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials.
- Completed or completing graduation in 2026 or before.
- Preferable educational streams: Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics and Engineering.
Work Experience
- We do not expect you to have prior experience, as we believe that your aptitude coupled with strong analytical skills and our first-class training will provide you with the perfect platform for future success.
Skill Set
- Ability to numerate, strong mathematical skills.
- Basic coding skills.
- Quick - thinking especially under high pressure.
- Competitive spirit.
- Passionate and driven to perform under pressure and capacity for dispassionate learning in real-time.
- Demonstrated strength of character: hard work, integrity, initiative, judgment, commitment, emotional stability, persistence, resilience.
Duration of Internship
- 4-6 months
- PPO will be offered based on performance evaluation at the end of the internship.
