Role: Quality Engineering Platform Architect

Location: Pune /Noida/ Chennai / Bengaluru/ Hyderabad / Mumbai / Coimbatore

Experience : Minimum 15 years in Quality Engineering, Automation Framework Development, and AI-driven solutions.

Role & responsibilities:

Automation Framework Architecture:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Selenium + Java + TestNG, Python + Playwright, and Python + Robot Framework.
• Develop No-Code/Low-Code automation platforms from scratch for scalable test automation.

GenAI & Agentic AI Integration:

• Architect and integrate OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and RCA.
• Build and deploy GenAI agents for automated test planning, execution, and adaptive testing.

Design Principles & Patterns:

• Apply SOLID principles and implement multiple design patterns in automation frameworks.
• Ensure maintainability, scalability, and reusability of frameworks.

Programming Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python for automation and AI integration.

Application Architecture & Monitoring:

• Collaborate with solution architects to align testing frameworks with overall application architecture.
• Implement monitoring strategies for test execution and system health.

Client Engagement & Leadership:

• Handle client interactions, provide technical presentations, and lead discussions on GenAI-driven QE strategies.
• Mentor teams on automation best practices and AI adoption.

Skills Required:

• Automation Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Robot Framework.
• Programming: Expert in Java and Python.
• AI Integration: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI API, GenAI agent creation.
• Framework Development: No-Code/Low-Code platform design.
• Design Expertise: SOLID principles, multiple design patterns.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Monitoring Tools: Application performance and test execution monitoring solutions.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent.
• AI/ML or GenAI-related certifications.
• Automation Testing certifications (Selenium/Tosca).
