Primary Responsibilities Develop, writing Test cases, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for backend/web applications, APIs, and database functionalities Perform manual/automation functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing on applications built with Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript, Python, java Design and develop automated test scripts using Python and Selenium Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality Perform manual and automation UAT tests on all environments on a regular basis Investigate quality-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Working closely with Developers to find the root Couse of the issues Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of test engineering experience Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 3+ years of related experience Experience testing cloud-based applications Hands-on experience with writing SQL Queries Experience with automated UI testing using JavaScript and Selenium Good knowledge and experience in writing UI test cases and test logic Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Python) Proficiency in automation using technologies such as Python & JavaScript Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
