Quality Engineer

Job purpose:

Responsible for leading the Quality Section of cable accessories with a strong focus on reducing incoming and in‑process rejections, ensuring thorough inspection and testing of raw materials and finished goods, and managing customer inspections and complaints. Key responsibilities include calibration of instruments and gauges, dock audit inspections, and effective use of ERP/Oracle systems. Proficient in 7QC tools, SPC, MSA, and 8D methodologies, driving continuous

improvement, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while strengthening overall process excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Control & Testing – Online raw material and in-process testing to maintain product integrity.
2. Inspection & Documentation – Preparation of inspection reports, PDI, Oracle entries, and transaction accuracy.
3. Training & Development – Guiding unskilled workers and conducting quality tools training to build team capability.
4. System & Standards – Maintaining IMS, preparing formats, and work instructions aligned with QAP, GTP, and drawings.
5. Customer Focus – Handling inspections, addressing complaints with Why-Why analysis, and ensuring corrective actions.
6. Calibration & Accuracy – Managing calibration schedules, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring instrument reliability.

Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma / B‑Tech in Engineering (preferred in Electrical/Mechanical/Production).
• 2–7 years of experience, specifically in Quality Control within manufacturing/cable accessories.
