You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and reliability
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in quality control processes
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance plans
- Provide technical support to resolve quality-related problems
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 0 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with test methodologies and tools
- Advanced degrees in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
